Lufkin Futbol Club will be holding tryouts for all boys and girls born on or before July 31, 1996.  We look forward to great tryouts and hope to form several competitive teams.

Click here http://www.angelinayouthsoccer.org/SelectTeams/Regform.pdf to download a registration form to be filled out, signed by a parent, and attached with the $75 tryout/registration fee.  Registration is from 5:30 to 6:00 pm and tryouts are from 6:00 to 8:00pm.  Attendance on both days is required unless arrangements have been made with the team coaches.  Tryout fees are refundable if not selected for a competitive team (Div. 2) or can be applied to Angelina Youth Soccer Association for recreational play (Div. 3).  Our goal is to give everyone a chance to play the game.  Competitive teams will travel for at least half their games out of town, while recreational teams will play all their games at home.   

If you know of any players that want to tryout, please pass this information along.  Any new players need to bring a copy of their birth certificate to verify their age.  For more information contact either of the coaches listed below.

All tryouts will occur at Kit McConnico field.

U18 Girls – May 20, 21 Coach England

U13 Boys – May 27, 28 Coach Fil Escobedo
